Super Slow Motion Golf Swing Tip
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFbXBrQAJ-8
The key to this golf swing is proper angles. The spine and shaft angles are completed by a proper pre-shot routine. If you keep your left bicep close to your pec muscle on the back swing and allow your wrists to set properly (without squeezing the grip but by holding it so your in control), you will now be in a powerful load postion with the coil. From the top it is important to start the downswing by uncoiling the lower body while maintaining the lag or load of the shaft to pre-impact. This allows the upper body to catch up to the lower body and keep the momentum going toward the target through the release of the arms and then to the finish. I hope this slow motion video helps you see the patience and dedication it takes to play your best. For any help you might need, I can be reached at the Griffith Park golf shop or at the Tregnan Golf Academy after July 1, 2010. Good luck to all.
