No longer used for meeting minutes- now the minutes are combined to a single Word doc, saved as PDF, then uploaded as upload doc #3. 

Note regarding other uploaded docs: first uploaded doc is the PDF version of the schedule.  The second uploaded doc is the PDF ringer at end of quarter with all results.
