- End of September balance was $3,251.63, end of October balance was $5,771.63 due to 2020 dues in the process of being collected.

- Seven pairs of players in the BB of Partners (BBP) tournament. Payout for BBP $90 for winners both gross and net ($45 ea.), $50 for second place both gross and net ($25 ea.).

- Terry Russell took in $188 and paid out the same.

- All of our members are assigned and Publinks has been paid for those rejoining Publinks. We have 26 members.

- Everything has been posted. Sandy Mac and Janett were winners at the Quarry in the gale force winds.

SB & R: Pat Pipher |
- Berta needs the final number joined so she can send them our membership check. Berta talked about the three games that have been available to us and how much fun the games are, so wants everybody to join up. Next game is Canyon Lake on December 5.

- Sue has secured RJ's again for our Christmas Luncheon on December 10th.

- One rules issue is if something is moved and the ball moves, is it a penalty . . . answer is yes and the ball must be replaced.
- Issue was brought up about responsibility of the Tournament Director to set the markers on the monuments for a major tournament and mark any area for relief.
- Communication with course management has been less than courteous when it comes to the women's club at Rancho.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: |
- Travel Days: We will be playing at Soboba Springs on November 26th, Tuesday, with an 8:30 shotgun. Guests are invited, greens fee is $45.

NEW BUSINESS: |
- Team Play 2020: We will be signing up for an A and a B team. If it looks like we cannot make both, we can request a refund.
- Election of Officers for 2020: Motion was made by Karen B. to accept the slate of officers and vote to elect. The motion was seconded, passed and new board was elected as noted.
