In all Griffith Park Club competitions, a player may use range finders that give only distance information.  Players who use distance measuring devices that measure other conditions, such as; wind speed, elevation, temperature, etc., would be in violation of USGA rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification. You must also share aquired distance if asked by your opponent.
